What is lean PCOS & PMOS?
Lean PCOS & PMOS refers to the condition in women who are a healthy weight. It's massively underdiagnosed because most guidance focuses on weight loss — which isn't relevant or helpful for lean women. The hormonal and metabolic dysfunction is the same, the approach just needs to be different.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?
No. Many women I work with are undiagnosed or dismissed by their GP. If you have irregular cycles, symptoms that resonate, or a gut feeling something isn't right — that's enough to start a conversation.
Is this medical advice?
No — and I'll always be clear about that. I'm a coach with lived experience of lean PCOS & PMOS, not a medical professional. Everything I share is based on my own journey, research, and what has worked for me and the women I work with. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
How is this different to seeing a doctor?
A GP appointment gives you 10 minutes and usually ends in a pill prescription or a referral. I give you time, context, a personalised approach, and the kind of honest conversation about hormones that the medical system rarely offers.
How long before I see results?
It took me around 4 months of consistent work to regulate my cycle. Everyone is different — but most women notice shifts in energy, symptoms and cycle patterns within 6-8 weeks of implementing the full protocol.
Can I work with you remotely?
Yes — 100%. All coaching is done online. I work with women globally across multiple time zones.
